As Managing Director for The Pensions Partnership, Joanne is instrumental in delivering the team’s client-centric approach.

A believer in putting the client first, her 20 years’ plus experience within the pensions’ industry sees her thrive on the diverse challenges in meeting bespoke client requests whilst ensuring full compliance with prevailing HMRC regulation.

Joanne has an extensive knowledge of interpreting legislation, which ensures she is able to advise clients who wish to invest their pension fund in non-standard assets such as, specialist commercial property, third party loans and unquoted shares.

Her technical competence, adaptability and client service makes her a valued adviser for any client.

Adam Wilkinson FPFS

A Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, Adam has over 20 years of financial services experience, most of which has focused upon providing specialist pension advice to professional advisers and their clients.

Having held senior management roles within a number of leading accountancy practices and employee benefits consultancies, Adam has been specialising in the provision of advice on all types of pension arrangements for more than 15 years. He has an extensive knowledge of interpreting HMRC rules and regulations and is a regular speaker at seminars and workshops designed for accountants and other professional advisers and their clients.

Within the organisation Adam plays a crucial role in managing the technical research to ensure the Pensions Partnership Ltd operates within HMRC regulations.

Adam holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Manchester University, together with an MBA from Manchester Business School.
